Further we also provide services in relation to compliance in relation to direct and indirect tax, SEBI and Reserve Bank of India requirements, assistance in statutory and internal audits of these entities. We also assist in managing of PE VC Entities with investor relationship. Our client-base includes large Business houses, Private Equity Funds, Credit Funds, and Venture Capital Houses amongst others.

He has been associated with some of reputed Funds in the world and India and is handling assignments relating to fund accounting, management company accounts, taking care of NBFCs regulatory aspects, company law matters.
- Mihir Khandwala, B.Com., F.C.A. DISA, aged 47, is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is practicing for last 24 years. He has been associated with some of reputed most reputed fund houses in the world and India. He is actively involved as consultant with clients for outsourced CFO services, fund accounting, investor relationship management, and helping clients meet their needs by enabling them to outsource critical function of financial planning, payroll and accounting. He has been actively involved in assistance in development of a technology platform specially for AIF Funds.
- Chirag Bhansali, B.Com., A.C.A., aged 47, is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is with us for last 20 years. He is associated with some of reputed Companies and fund houses in serving their accounting, taxation and regulatory compliance matters.
